It was a glorious summer day in central London for Anastasia and Alan’s Russian / Scottish wedding. Being in the middle of town of course means that there’s not a lot of outside space for guests to enjoy. No problem – there was plenty enough happening indoors to keep even the most jaded wedding guest grinning all day long. After a short ceremony and a few photos in the streets around the Corinthia we settled into the ballroom for the rest of the day. The speeches were between the courses of the meal and they had to fight for attention with a piper and Scottish dancers, Cossack dancers, a magician, more Cossacks, Celtic dancers … and then it was time for girls vs boys dance offs and games throughout the night. Quite an exhausting wedding to keep up with but great fun.
